• Within India: Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations/pin codes within India for order values up to ₹18,000.
• International Orders: Different charges will apply for different countries, inquire on WhatsApp to know.

VAT & Custom Duties

• VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
• International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
• They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.

Refund & Return Policy – 100% Customer Satisfaction ProgramEligibility

• You can return items within 5 days of delivery.
• Non-Returnable Items:  Accessories, bags, blouses, sarees with stitched blouses, customized, and personalized products.
• Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.
• Return Conditions: Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the online description.
• Minor color variations will not be treated as a defect and hence, are not eligible for return.
• Returns are not accepted in cases where the customer simply does not like the product quality, provided the item matches the description and images shown.
• If a customer has ordered a specific size and the same size does not fit, we can provide an exchange for the same product.
• When you receive the parcel, please record a video while opening the package. Without an unboxing video, complaints will not be considered.
• All returns are subject to approval.

Shipping and Return Charges

• Shipping is free within India.
• Return Charges: A flat fee of INR 199 of the order value will be applied as return and restocking charges for orders within India.
• No fees are applicable for exchanges within India

Refund Process

• Once you raise the return request, we will arrange pickup for the product. OR The customer needs to send the parcel back through any courier service at their own cost.
• The pickup agent will conduct a quality check of the product.
• Upon successful pickup, we will initiate your refund. 
• Please include a slip inside the return parcel mentioning your Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, and Order Slip.
• A ₹200 shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• You will receive your refund within 7 to 10 days.

In case of lost orders

• If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 to 20 days and then reprocess/reship the order.

Return & Cancellation

• Returns: You can place return request within 5 days of delivery.
• Cancellations: Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
